Are you sure you want to plant Vinca Major?

Yep, you'd better think twice before planting that Vinca Major a.k.a. Periwinkle. It'll creep into everything else you've planted and choke it out. Yes, it has pretty flowers but unless you have a lot of space to let it creep, find another ground cover...or maybe you like high maintenance plants. In that case enjoy!

Hot weather tip

Hey, don't forget to water those container plants more frequently in hot weather. Plants in containers are going to need more water than your plants in the ground, more so when the mercury rises.
